Logent & HUB Logistics – a new era with a shared direction

Logent Group has strengthened its position in the Finnish market by acquiring HUB logistics Finland Oy. A shared set of values, complementary expertise, and an expanded service network open up new opportunities for customers and employees.

In mid-June, Logent Group and HUB logistics announced an acquisition in which the leading Nordic logistics company Logent acquired all the shares of Finnish HUB logistics Finland Oy. The acquisition was officially confirmed on Monday, June 23, 2025, when HUB logistics officially became part of Logent Group.

This marks a significant step forward, reinforcing Logent’s presence in the Finnish logistics market and supporting the company's growth strategy in Northern Europe. Incorporating HUB logistics into Logent enhances its ability to offer diverse and flexible solutions, now geographically closer to customers.

More than the sum of its parts

Over the past three decades, HUB logistics has built a strong position in the Finnish logistics market through its customer-oriented approach and high-quality services. The company has a comprehensive presence in 13 locations and it provides customer-specific logistics solutions, covering multi-client warehousing, in-house logistics, and wood packaging services.

Logent’s extensive Nordic experience, combined with both companies’ strong understanding of their domestic markets, creates a dynamic synergy. HUB’s strong presence in regions like Helsinki metropolitan area, Tampere, and Turku perfectly complements Logent’s existing network.

With the acquisition, Logent’s workforce in Finland will grow to approximately 700 employees across more than 20 locations. The integration process is already underway and will proceed in phases over the summer and autumn.
