SSCP Lager BidCo AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of notes on Nasdaq Stockholm
On 5 December 2023, SSCP Lager BidCo AB (publ) (the “Company” or “SSCP Lager BidCo”) issued senior secured floating rate notes, with ISIN SE0021021193 and maturity in 2026, in an initial amount of SEK 850,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 1,300,000,000 (the “Notes”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes, SSCP Lager BidCo has applied for admission to trading of the Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list. The first day of trading in the Notes is expected to be on or around 27 December 2023.
On account of the application for admission to trading of the Notes, SSCP Lager BidCo has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has today been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at the Company’s website https://logent.se/investor-relations/ and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
